The Red Stag Supperclub is Minnesota's first Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified restaurant. We created a flexible identity that features eight endangered, threatened or possibily extinct species of the Minnesota region. In addition to menus, barware and promotional items, we also designed an educational exhibit for restaurant's entry area.
